Second day of Aviva Great Wall of Education, is seeing the donation rate of 750 books per hour with generous donors coming in with cartons of books to help bring underprivileged children closer to education.
Mr. and Mrs. Ramesh Kumar Ruia, came in with 8 carton of books, a dear collection of 40 years. He had been collecting these books from the age of 6. He admitted that he will never be reading all these books again. He donated them to the book wall with expectations that the children who would get them would benefit from them.

Three friends came to the wall and donated 350 books and will be coming tomorrow with 400 more.

Bajaji Bangur celebrated his 12th Birthday by coming to the great wall of education and donating his previous years books.

South Point School donated more than 20,000 books to the wall, yesterday.

Two old couples donated more than 3 bags of books each. One of them donated entire course books of their daughter from 6th to 12th Standard.


Not only this we have people like Peter Bless, from New York and Emily from England have come forward for the cause and donated 9 cartons of books.

As Barry said today “Every single brick counts, Every single book counts”…
